Changing of the Guard
The blooming flowers in the Meditation Garden were inspirational and the little hummingbird visiting was the cream on top. I noticed neither until the end of my meditation when that flittering little bird, with green and red glitter caught my eye. Meditation helps me see in may different way including physically, when I see nature with new eyes. Continue reading
